These terms govern the appointment and follow-up text messaging program (the "Program") operated by your licensed insurance agent and their agency, with messaging infrastructure provided by adsystems.io LLC d/b/a Slate AI.
**1. The Program.** The Program sends appointment information — confirmation and reminder messages — and follow-up messages about your insurance request, from the licensed insurance agent or agency you asked to work with. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
**2. Opting in.** You opt in to the Program by providing your consent to your agent or their agency — for example by requesting an appointment and agreeing to receive text messages — or by texting START to your agent's number.
**3. Message frequency.** Message frequency varies based on your request, appointments, and interactions.
**4. Cost.** Message and data rates may apply. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
**5. Opting out.** You can cancel the Program at any time. Just text STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to the number that messaged you. After you send STOP, you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent.
**6. Help.** If you are experiencing issues with the messaging Program, reply with the keyword HELP for assistance, or contact us directly at admin@adsystems.io.
**7. Carriers.** Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
**8. Privacy.** Information about how data collected in the Program is handled — including our commitment that no mobile information or text messaging opt-in data is shared with or sold to third parties for marketing — is described in the [SMS Privacy Policy](/legal/texting-privacy).
