Check your state
Choose auto, home, or life and see which states are open right now. An open state is reserved for you for 72 hours while you finish.
For P&C insurance agencies
Pick one state and one line: auto, home, or life. Slate reserves it for your agency and every qualifying lead we generate there goes to you alone. No shared leads. No sales call.
$500 membership every 14 days holds your market. Leads are billed from a separate wallet at rates tied to true cost.
Your protected market
A protected market is a conditional exclusive license over Slate's own lead flow for that state and line. While your membership is active, Slate routes every qualifying lead from that flow to your agency and to nobody else.
What it is not
Not ownership of the geography. Not a promise of volume. Not a fixed price per lead. Leads are OTP-verified consumer inquiries, not quotes or bound policies.
Self serve, start to finish
01
Choose auto, home, or life and see which states are open right now. An open state is reserved for you for 72 hours while you finish.
02
Producer number, licensed states, and a verified mobile number. Nothing is charged on this step.
03
Pay the $500 membership to claim the market, then fund a separate lead wallet of $500, $1,000, or $1,500.
04
We build the campaigns for your market, usually within a few business days. Delivery starts once your line has current cost data and your daily cap is confirmed.
Two charges, two purposes
Membership never becomes lead credit, and lead credit never pays for membership. You see both amounts before either charge.
$500 today and every 14 days until canceled. It holds your state and line and pays for access to the platform.
Prepaid credit of $500, $1,000, or $1,500. Your chosen amount becomes the automatic refill amount and can be changed later.
Each lead is billed at a variable rate tied to the cost of generating and delivering verified leads for your line. No fixed price, no per-lead maximum.
An active, paid membership. Cancel or fall past due for 14 days and the market opens to other agencies.
Straight answers
Slate's own lead flow for your state and line. Every qualifying lead Slate generates inside that market routes to your agency only. It is not ownership of the state and it does not restrict anyone outside Slate.
No. Slate builds the campaigns after you claim the market and reports what the market actually produces during the first 90 days. Nobody quotes you a made-up monthly number.
Leads are billed at a variable Member Lead Rate tied to the cost of generating and delivering verified leads for your line. Your wallet reserves an estimate at delivery and settles at the final rate. Your portal shows your own rolling average after your first 30 days of delivery.
You pick the life products for your suite, for example term, indexed universal life, final expense, or mortgage protection. Slate advertises those for your agency in your state. This is separate from Slate's life-agent products.
After your membership and wallet payments are confirmed and you set a daily lead cap, Slate launches your campaigns, usually within a few business days. Delivery begins when the line has current cost data and leads are being generated.
You can cancel future membership renewals anytime. Canceling releases the market. Charges already processed are governed by the Protected Market agreement.
